District communications coordinators from across Peru gathered 22 June in Chiclayo, Peru, on the Nazarene Theological Seminary of Peru campus for a writing, photography, and videography training.

Coordinators from the Alto Marañón, Peru Andean, East Central, Cajamarca, Central Peru, Utcubamba, North District, and South Central Districts were present at the event.

National Holistic Ministry Coordinator David Acosta and South America Regional Communications Team Member David Huanca developed the event structure and introduced the communication team goals and objectives.

Journalist E. Elias Jiménez taught on editing news articles, and Felix Silva spoke on editing photographs and video.

The training was also a time to strengthen relationships and share experiences among the coordinators.

At the end of the event, each district coordinator committed to fulfill their responsibilities and work together on a national level. They were challenged with specific goals and objectives for the ministry on their district, and everyone left committed to the slogan, “He makes, we share.”
