A youth camp called “Contagious 2018” was held for the Nicaragua South East District 14-16 December with 80 youth in attendance. The camp featured different activities, including a soccer tournament and Bible teachings. Over the weekend, 12 youth accepted Christ as their personal Lord and savior.

The event speakers were Manuel Gonzalez from El Salvador and District Superintendent Carlos Peña.

“God has been good to our youth,” said Medary Picado, Nazarene Youth International president. “Our commitment is to ‘infect’ our country with Jesus. We thank every effort [attendees] made to attend [the event].”
