Nazarene Bible College is in the midst of a historic transition. The college’s Board of Trustees recently laid out a plan to move the school forward and ensure its sustainability by transitioning from a centralized campus to an online model of adult ministerial education.

NBC’s administrative offices have now been relocated to the Church of the Nazarene’s Global Ministry Center in Lenexa, Kansas.

“Our commitment to our students and our mission has never faltered,” said Harold B. Graves Jr., NBC president. “We continue to assist, advocate, and administer our students’ educational goals as they prepare to fulfill God’s calling in their lives.”

Through a relationship with Colorado Springs First Church of the Nazarene, NBC will continue to have classroom and office space to allow current campus students to complete their education. NBC’s technology center remains in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as does the Information Technology department. The college has collaborated with MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas, to provide library services for NBC students.

“It is our mission that compels us,” Graves said. “We do not exist for a place; we are driven by a purpose. Anywhere a student can find an Internet connection, our mission takes place.

“As we walk alongside our students during their journey, we are reminded of our mission, and it is our mission that compels us as we move into a bright future.”
